Position: Agent – Guest Relations (Non-management)
Department: Rooms Division Front Desk / Office
Hotel/Resort: The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore
Location: Singapore, Singapore
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS
We require a Japanese Guest Relations Officer in our hotel. We look for a passion to anticipate and meet our Japanese guests・needs and an insatiable desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. Interact with Japanese guests in a courteous and efficient manner, multi-task and problem solve. Excellent verbal and written English communications skills, second language a plus. Ability to project a positive attitude over the telephone. Spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service. Computer skills required. Typing skills: minimum speed-20 wpm accurately. Good organizational and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Flexible schedule.
